Tested on joyride-2467 and build 8.2-762. Since the sugar artwork change for the (*) around the currently connect AP, other AP's are 'randomly' showing up as a default half black and half white circle. Different APs occasionally flip back and forth between correct colour and a default B&W icon as you watch the Neighborhood view. Diagnosis: network-wireless-060.svg got corrupted.
